Can I make partial payments?

Vistara Tours, (Business venture of Adhiram Private Limited), Partial Payment facility is enabled for hotel and tour packages only by paying just a percentage of the total amount at the time of booking. You can pay the balance amount at a later date that is more convenient for you. If you choose to make a Partial Payment for hotel/ tour package, we will confirm your booking.

However, the booking details will only be sent to you after we receive the full payment for the booking. The Partial Amount paid could be up to 60% of the total cost, which includes the hotel/tour package cancellation penalty and Vistara Tours service fee.

The Due Date for paying the balance amount will be displayed on the booking page at the time of paying the advance. A refund of the partially paid amount lessening the cancellation charges of Vistara Tours and the hotel/ tour package is granted on cancellation of the booking before the due date of balance payment. You can call our Customer Support to make the balance payment by Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Netbanking/ UPI. Partial Payment is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Why is my card payment declined?
  • There are multiple reasons why the card payment declines; please check with your bank for the exact cause. For the time being, you may try with a different card or bank account again.

  • Can I make payment through Cash?
  • We currently do not support this facility.

  • What are the various payment platforms offered by Vistara Tours
  • ?

    You can make payment through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Netbanking or Cheque (Booking would be made after cheque clearance).

  • Can I make the payment offline?
  • Yes You Can

  • Can I process the payment through my mobile?
  • Yes, our website is accessible through a mobile phone. It works on Android, iPhone, or Windows OS. You can use your mobile to make bookings and perform transactions.

  • Is my payment secure on Vistara Tours?
  • Vistara Tours is a certified site and all data transmitted over the browser is encrypted.

  • While making a payment, my session expired. Why did it happen?
  • A particular session lasts for a short duration of time due to security reasons. This happens if you take too long to make a payment. In such a case, it is recommended to go back to the booking page and start over again.

  • How long would it take to get a refund?
  • It takes 5-14 working days to credit the refund amount, and the amount is refunded in the original source of payment that you opted while making a purchase.

  • My money has been deducted, and I have not received any confirmation mail or booking ID from your side. What should I do?
  • Such cases happen rarely and are usually the result of a slow internet connection as once the customer initiates a payment, we direct you to the website of your bank where you need to make the payment. Once the payment is made, you are again redirected to our website where the booking is done after the payment is verified. After this, you receive a confirmation page, and the voucher is sent to your mail id.

    If you didn’t receive any confirmation mail even after the deduction of the amount, then it may be due to the fact that the connection broke down in between the active transaction and our system was unable to detect the same. In such scenario, you must let us know through our Customer Support number +918696466444, or you may drop us an email on our customer support email id vistaratoursofficial@gmail.com. We will check for the issue and revert you with a valid solution.

  • Can I make a payment for booking through two credit cards?
  • You cannot make a payment for booking through two credit cards. Although in such case, you may use your cards to add money to your wallet and then you may use that money that is present in your wallet to make payment.

  • Can I make online payment even if I don’t have a debit card/ credit card?
  • Yes, you may use UPI/ Netbanking/ Wallet as a mode of payment in such cases.

  • Can I make a booking under someone else’s name using my card?
  • Yes, you can make a booking for someone else using your card.

  • While making a booking, I made a payment but nothing happened/ website didn’t respond/ I couldn’t proceed with the booking. What to do?
  • If the payment has been deducted from your account or charged against your card, then it is advisable to check with your bank regarding the same. In case, our system receives the amount; then we would initiate a refund within 5-14 working days.   • Is my credit card information safe and secure?
  • Yes, Vistara Tours provides a secure platform to make transactions. We follow the best security practices and adopt safety protocols that are adopted by all the major online travel companies. Any information that is entered while performing a transaction is sent in encrypted form to protect you against any fraudulent activities.

  • Can I save my payment details for future use?
  • Yes, you may save your payment details to avoid filling it every time you make a booking.

  • What is CVV number on my credit card and where can I find it?
  • A CVV number is an important security feature that ensures that the risk of online fraudulent activities is reduced. This number never appears on any receipt or statement. It is found on the backside of the physical card. It is asked while making a transaction to make sure that you are in possession of your card.
